Who qualifies for ECO4?
To qualify, you typically need to be receiving one or more means-tested benefits, including:
- Universal Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Child Tax Credit (not including Child Benefit)
- Working Tax Credit
- Income Support
- Pension Credit
- Jobseeker's Allowance
Your property also needs to have an EPC rating of D, E, F, or G to qualify for full funding.
What does ECO4 cover?
ECO4 can cover the full cost of a replacement boiler for qualifying households. It may also cover other energy efficiency improvements like insulation.
