1. Services

Corby Boiler Installations provides boiler installation, servicing, and repair services. All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in accordance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Online calculator prices are indicative fixed prices subject to a satisfactory site survey. We reserve the right to revise a price if the site survey reveals conditions significantly different from those described online (e.g., non-standard flue routes, significant additional pipework). Any revision will be communicated before work begins and requires your acceptance.

3. Installation

A responsible adult (18+) must be present throughout the installation. We require clear access to the boiler location and adequate space to work safely. We will carry out a site survey before installation and advise on any preparatory work required.

4. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the boiler manufacturer and subject to their terms. Our own workmanship warranty covers installation defects for 12 months from the installation date. Warranties require annual servicing by a Gas Safe registered engineer to remain valid.

5. Finance

Finance is provided by our FCA-authorised finance partner, subject to their credit assessment and terms. We are a credit broker, not a lender. Finance terms are subject to change.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled installation date without charge. Cancellation within 48 hours may incur a call-out fee of up to £99. Cancellation after installation has begun is not possible without payment for work completed.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential losses. We carry full public liability insurance (details available on request).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
