ecoTEC Pro: the mid-range option
The ecoTEC Pro is Vaillant's volume seller. Available in 24, 28, and 32 kW outputs for heating, with 93–94% ErP efficiency. Warranty: 5 years standard, extendable to 7 years with Advance Partner installer registration. Solid mid-range specification suitable for most 2–4 bed homes.
ecoTEC Plus: the premium range
The ecoTEC Plus steps up with higher efficiency (up to 94.5% ErP), a more sophisticated control interface, and quieter operation. Available in a wider range of outputs including higher-capacity models for larger homes. Warranty: 7 years standard, up to 10 years via Vaillant Advance Partner.

For most homes: the ecoTEC Pro represents excellent value — reliable, efficient, and well-supported. For larger homes needing higher hot water capacity, or homeowners who want the longer warranty, the ecoTEC Plus is worth the extra investment.
