How long does a boiler installation take?
A standard combi-for-combi boiler replacement takes 4–6 hours. More complex jobs (system upgrades, boiler relocation) can take 1–2 days.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
Yes, an adult should be present throughout. You'll need to show the engineer where the stopcock and gas meter are located.
Will the engineer clean up afterwards?
All our engineers tidy up fully and remove the old boiler and packaging. We leave your home as we found it.
How soon can I get a new boiler installed?
Turnaround depends on boiler stock and engineer availability in your area — contact us and we'll confirm the earliest slot we can offer.
Do I need planning permission to install a boiler?
No, boiler installations don't require planning permission. However, a safety certificate is required and we provide this on completion.
What happens to my old boiler?
We remove and dispose of your old boiler responsibly. There's no extra charge for this.
